Post Covid Job Market
The Covid-19 crisis not only revealed how interdependent we are, it created a paradigm shift across economic sectors as well. The shortage of basic PPEs supplies such as masks, gloves, sanitizers etc. at the outbreak of the Covid pandemic informed how totally dependent America is on China and other countries. This has forced American companies to rethink the job market, especially in manufacturing and vocation training jobs. W2A is tracking this shift in the job market to facilitate employment opportunities and living wage jobs for our immigrant constituents.
